Starting this month, Homeroom will be partnering with Livable, a smart utility billing service, to accurately track and allocate tenant utility usage. Livable’smission is to promote the conservation of natural resources through billing and education. We are thrilled to provide our tenants greater visibility into their utility usage along with ways to reduce usage and costs.

Livable uses a fair and straightforward ratio methodology to generate precise utility bills every month for all HomeRoom units. We encourage tenants to join Livable’s Resident Connect Portal. You will receive an email from Livable with instructions to join.

Once activated, your online account allows you to view monthly statements and review past charges and payments. You can easily view your utility usage data and will have access to resources to help decrease usage and lower future bills. Your efforts to reduce your usage will be rewarded with lower monthly costs. By using less, you pay less… a win-win for your wallet and the environment!

If you don’t receive an email invitation to join the Resident Connect Portal from Livable by September 27th, please call 877-789-6027 or email support@livable.com. They will answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Please note that Livable only generates utility statements and is not a payment portal. Your payments will still need to be remitted directly to Homeroom, along with your rent.
