 Here is what we need you to do to prepare! (IN RECOMMENDED ORDER)

Please complete the above as FAST as possible.

Complete steps 1-3 before proceeding to Step 4.

Final steps:

1. Send HomeRoom an email (ownersupport@livehomeroom.com) and request your WALKTHROUGH.

2. Capture a virtual walkthrough (Matterport) & get professional pictures taken.

3. Please set up utilities and 1GB of internet for your property.

You’re done!  Now enjoy the added cashflow and reduced vacancy-caused stress 😊
