Interviewer: Hi Sheena, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Can you tell us a bit about yourself and how you came to be a tenant at HomeRoom?

Sheena: Hi there, I'm Sheena and I'm a tenant at HomeRoom. I'm originally from Los Angeles and I moved to New York City for work. I was looking for a place to live that was affordable and had a sense of community, and that's when I came across HomeRoom.

Interviewer: That's great, what do you like most about living at HomeRoom?

Sheena: There are so many things that I love about living at HomeRoom. First of all, the rent is really affordable and I don't have to worry about the hassle of signing a long-term lease. I also love the sense of community here - I've met so many interesting and like-minded people who have become my friends. And the amenities are amazing - I love having access to a gym and a rooftop deck.

Interviewer: That sounds wonderful. Can you tell us a bit about the community at HomeRoom?

Sheena: Absolutely. The community here is really diverse and inclusive. We have people from all different backgrounds and walks of life, and everyone is really friendly and welcoming. We have regular events and activities that bring us all together, and it's been great getting to know everyone.

Interviewer: That's great to hear. Are there any downsides to living at HomeRoom?

Sheena: To be honest, there really aren't any downsides. I've been really happy with my experience here. The only thing that I would say is that the units are furnished, so you don't have a lot of control over the decor. But that's a small trade-off for all the benefits that come with living at HomeRoom.

Interviewer: That's good to know. And finally, would you recommend HomeRoom to other people?

Sheena: Definitely. I would highly recommend HomeRoom to anyone who is looking for affordable, flexible, and community-oriented housing. It's been a great experience for me and I'm sure it would be for others too.
